Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese (9% fat) – 360 g
- Carrots – 300 g
- Sugar – 125 g
- Butter – 15 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Flour – 75 g
- Vanilla – to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Carrots
 Peel the carrots and grate them finely. Mix the grated carrots with 3 tablespoons of sugar and stir well.
- Mix the Cottage Cheese
 Combine the cottage cheese with eggs, the remaining sugar, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Add the Flour
 Sift the flour into the cottage cheese mixture and knead it into a dough-like consistency.
- Assemble the Layers
 Grease a baking dish with butter. Spread half of the cottage cheese mixture as the base layer. Add the prepared carrot mixture as the middle layer, and then cover it with the remaining cottage cheese mixture.
