The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that adults aged 18 to 64 should engage in at least 150–300 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75–150 minutes of vigorous-intensity exercise each week. The study showed that the average daily physical activity among participants increased by 12 minutes, amounting to an additional 85 minutes per week.
